Marca McCallie
Founder & Chair of the Board
Marca is a licensed therapist with 6 years of experience working with addiction and trauma. Marca has been trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic Attachment training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and has started training in Mindfulness Self-Compassion and Neurofeedback. Marca is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Northern Arizona University where she is researching recovery treatment programs for mothers with addiction.
Marilee Eveleth
Vice Chair of the Board
Marilee has been a proud member of the Flagstaff community for 35 years and has been working in the education field for the past 27 years. Marilee has been a high school teacher, athletic and academic coach, university instructor, and director of a university professional education program; most importantly, she takes great pride in her work as a student advocate. Marilee earned her most recent Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Northern Arizona University (NAU) where she had the opportunity to work with community members who were victims of domestic violence, substance addictions, child neglect and abuse, and family trauma. Marilee is excited to return to Sage Home as a Board member, and a Flagstaff community partner helping to keep families together in healthy environments.
Jennifer Butler
Treasurer of the Board
Jennifer has spent most of her career in management within the medical billing arena. In 2008 she started her own medical billing business and contracts with fire districts across Arizona providing EMS transport billing.
She is the mother of two boys and a girl. Three years ago, she lost both of her boys, two months apart, to drug addiction that ended in suicide. Through her loss she has found a deep passion and strong desire to be a part of helping individuals overcome addiction.
Autumn Argent
Secretary of the Board
Autumn is a Registered Nurse who has worked with expecting and new families as a labor and delivery nurse and nurse educator for the last 13 years. She is currently the System Perinatal Educator and Childbirth Education Co-Coordinator for Northern Arizona Healthcare. She obtained her MS in Nursing Education in 2009 and is currently working on her Doctorate in Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University, with a research focus on breastfeeding, maternal sensitivity, and infant temperament. Autumn is passionate about supporting expecting and new families and helping them make a successful transition into parenting.
Sierra Bryan
Board Director
Sierra is currently pursuing a BS in Environmental Sciences with an emphasis in Environmental Communications and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies at Northern Arizona University. She assists Sage Home in coordinating sustainability initiatives and zoning details. Sierra is passionate about improving the lives of all individuals in the community and helping Sage Home to be a sustainable organization in all regards.
Nevitta Mason
Board Director
Nevitta is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in therapy with children, families and women who have experienced primary or secondary trauma, depression, anxiety and a variety of other diagnoses. Nevitta earned her Bachelors of Elementary Education and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Northern Arizona University (NAU). Nevitta is a foster care alumni and knows personally the effects of brokenness due to substance abuse with her childhood biological family. She is also a former foster parent through kinship. She was a Court Appointed Special Advocate(CASA) for 15 years with children in dependency cases. She is passionate about helping families stay connected through their healing journeys.
